Terms of Service

You need a TradeRight account to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

TradeRight offers a Free plan and two paid plans, Premium and Pro. The Free plan includes unlimited use of the Risk Calculator, Lot Size Calculator and Market & Instrument Information, with daily limits on the AI Chart Analyzer, Trade Planner and Trade Review.

• Premium: higher daily limits on AI Chart Analyzer, Trade Planner and Trade Review.
• Pro: unlimited use of all TradeRight tools.
• Plan inclusions and daily limits are shown on the pricing section of this website and inside the app.

Premium and Pro are available on weekly, monthly and annual billing periods. Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include any applicable taxes where required. We may change pricing; where a change affects an existing subscription we will notify you before it takes effect, and the change applies from your next renewal.

New users may optionally start a 30-day free trial of the full TradeRight experience. Starting the trial requires a valid payment method. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel during the trial, you keep access until the trial ends and you are not charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial at the price of the plan you selected.

The trial is optional. If you do not start a trial, you can continue using TradeRight Free for as long as you like. Trial availability may vary depending on your payment provider and region.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or through the app store or payment provider you subscribed with. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Except where required by applicable law or by the policy of the app store or payment provider used for your purchase, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support and we will review the charge.

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers and app stores. We do not store your full card details. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell or redistribute TradeRight or its outputs as a commercial service.
• Share account access with others or circumvent plan limits.
• Upload unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to upload.
• Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Use TradeRight to present its outputs to others as licensed financial advice.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates a security or legal risk, or is used fraudulently. Where reasonable we will give notice first.

TradeRight, its software, branding and content remain our property. You keep ownership of the content you upload, including chart screenshots and trade notes, and you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service to you.

TradeRight is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app, the website or by email. Continuing to use TradeRight after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
